Shipping
We ship yöghund with dry ice in a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging
combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent
condition. As you finalize your order and enter the destination of the
package, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. All
packages will be shipped FedEx. Our shipping and handling rates are based on
the following delivery options:
FedEx Home Delivery: Ground delivery shipped to a residence or rural
address. Your package will arrive in 1-3 days and is currently available to
customers east of the Mississippi River.
FedEx Ground: Ground delivery shipped to a business or company address. Your
package will arrive in 1-3 days and is currently available to customers east
of the Mississippi River.
FedEx 2nd Day: Two day air delivery guaranteed by 4pm to business addresses
and 7pm to residential addresses. Your package is guaranteed to arrive in 2
days and is available to customers in all 50 states.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Overnight air guaranteed next day delivery by 3pm
to business addresses and 4:30pm for residential addresses. Your package is
guaranteed to arrive the next day and is available to customers in all 50
states.
Orders received by 1:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after
1:00pm EST will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped from our
fulfillment center in New Hampshire, USA.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we
cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly
deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
